The nearest beach is about a 10 minute drive. For shopping and a choice of bars, head to the town of Kyrenia  and enjoy a meal at one of the many harbour side restaurants. Kyrenia castle overlooks the harbour and is also home to the Shipwreck museum. From the harbour you can take a daily boat trip and enjoy the coastline of North Cyprus. There are a handful of large clubs in Kyrenia.
